Bridge Resource Management
This course is designed to enhance the effectiveness of maritime bridge teams through improved resource management. It adheres to STCW (Standards of Training, Certification, and Watchkeeping) regulations and focuses on optimizing the use of personnel, equipment, and information to ensure safe and efficient vessel operations.

This course provides training to mariners seeking an STCW endorsement at the Management (Chief Mate/Master) and Operational (/Mate/OICNW) levels on vessels over 500 Gross Tons (International Tonnage Convention [ITC]).

- Participants should have a basic understanding of bridge operations or prior maritime experience
